1. Are all products in stock?
All products listed on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. If a product is not in stock, it cannot be added to your shopping cart.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We charge a one-time order- and shipping-fee:
Germany: €4.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €55.00).
France: €9.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €125.00).
Spain: €10.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €145.00).
Italy: €9.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €125.00).
Sweden: €9.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €125.00).
Denmark: €7.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €90.00).
Ireland: €8.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €125.00).
United Kingdom: €8.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €100.00).
Austria: €8.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €110.00).
Finland: €13.95 per order (free shipping on orders over €135.00).
Switzerland: €40.00 per order.
3. Can I collect the order?
The order can be collected at our warehouse on appointment. Please inform our customer service team.
4. Do you also ship to countries outside Europe?
Yes, if the country is not included in the standard options, please contact us.
5. Which shipping company delivers orders?
We use a selection of shipping providers. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your package will be delivered via PostNL. Other countries are delivered by DPD, UPS or DHL.
6. I have only received part of my order. What should I do?
It regularly happens that an order is sent in several parcels, depending on the size or weight of the products. As a result, one of the packages may be delayed in the sorting process and will be delivered the following day. If you have any questions about shipping your order, please contact [email protected]. You can also track your order using the track & trace codes provided by email.
7. When will my order be shipped after I have placed an order and made a direct payment?
If we receive your direct payment before 15:00 on working days, the order will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be packed and handed over to the shipping provider on Monday. Please note that we are always dependent on the shipping provider for delivery times. Contact us if your delivery is delayed. We recommend that you inform us as soon as possible if the products are needed urgently. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays in shipping.
