Our employees of the 'Customer Service' department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
After we received your complaint, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of ValuedShops to which we are affiliated.
"We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to [email protected]. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform."
