This dusk to dawn switch with extensive options is designed to switch your festoon lights and Christmas lights on when the sun goes down and off when the sun comes up. It is also possible to set the dusk to dawn switch to 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours or 8 hours. When one of these settings is chosen, the lighting will remain on for the time period you set and then switch off automatically.
The dusk to dawn switch can handle a maximum of 1800 watts of power. Due to the IP44 classification, the plug is suitable for outdoor use. We do recommend protecting the connection additionally against weather conditions when used outdoor for extended periods of time. The switch can be set to a light/dark sensor, where the lights will turn on at dusk and turn off automatically at dawn.
