With the help of a dimmer, you can adjust your lighting completely to your liking. If you have dimmable lamps, a dimmer allows you to gradually adjust the light intensity. This gives you the flexibility to adjust the light strength to the situation at any time. For instance, you turn up the light intensity when you want to read a book or when you need more light while eating. When the situation calls for it, you switch the light intensity back to soft ambient lighting. Our range consists of a plug-in dimmer for indoor use, a dimmer set with remote control for outdoor use and two types of wall dimmers.
Plug-in dimmer
This plug-in dimmer has a protection rating of IP20, making it suitable for indoor use only, and can handle a maximum wattage of 20 - 400 watts. The plug dimmer does not have a remote control. You operate the plug dimmer with the rotary knob on the plug dimmer. Would you like to operate the dimmer with a remote control? Then you can combine the dimmer with our switching set with remote control.
Dimmer set
The dimmer set up to 350, 500 or 650 watts has a protection rating of IP44, making it suitable for outdoor use and can handle a maximum wattage of 350/500/650 watts. The dimmer set comes with a remote control and has a 3-metre connecting cable. For long-term outdoor use, we do recommend extra protection for the connection between the plug and the mating plug. You can do this by placing the connection under a roof or by ensuring that the connection cannot catch and hold water.
Please note! The dimmer set up to 350/500/650 watts is only suitable for our dimmable LED lamps with plastic shade. After extensive testing, we have come to the conclusion that this dimmer set does not work with our dimmable lamps with glass shade. The plug-in dimmer 20 - 400 watt is, however, suitable for our glass lamps.
Wall dimmers
In our range, you will find two types of wall dimmers. One wall dimmer is suitable for connecting one lamp and can handle a wattage of up to 200 watts, 250 watts or 350 watts. The other wall dimmer is suitable for connecting two lamps and can handle a wattage of up to 2 x 75 watts, i.e. 150 watts in total. This dimmer has an electronic fuse and is protected against overloading, short-circuiting and incorrect connection.
