The Kaya is a complete set that consists of two surface mounted spots, a transformer and a connector box. Due to the very low mounting height of 5 millimeters, the spots are suitable for placement under kitchen cabinets. Installation is easy because the set is part of a plug and play system. This means that there is a connector on the end of the spot that you can easily click into the connector box of the transformer. The wire per spotlight is 1.5 metres long. The lamps operate on a 12-volt constant voltage, so the transformer is always needed. 

Explanation of the light colour and wattage

The colour temperature of the light is expressed in Kelvin. The lower the Kelvin, the warmer the light. The higher this value, the whiter the light. 6000K can be compared to the colour of daylight. The Lex lights have a warm white light colour of 3000K with a light output of 2.5 watt per spot. 2.5 watt LED can be compared with about 27 watt halogen. So they are atmospheric and functional at the same time. 

Different set options

We also offer this lamp in sets and have various options. You can choose from:

• Set of two lamps. This set is supplied including transformer and connector box.
• Set of two lamps with door sensor switch. When the door is closed, the light is off; when the door opens, the light comes on. This can be used, for example, in your wardrobe to give it an instant luxurious look and to provide an overview through the created beam of light.
• Set of two lamps with round touch dimmer. The Alina spotlights are dimmable. This is handy when, for example, you no longer need extra light after cooking, but still want to illuminate the kitchen in a stylish way. This dimmer is wireless and has a range of up to 10 metres.
• Set of two lamps with square touch dimmer. Just like the round version, this dimmer is wireless and has a range of up to 10 metres. So you can place it anywhere you find convenient.
• Set of two lamps with touch dimmer and sensor. This option allows the spotlights not only to dim, but also to switch on when movement is detected. This is handy when you need full light immediately. In this way, finding an outfit in the morning becomes a lot easier.
