This E27 dimmable smoked glass filament bulb, with a maximum power of 4.5 watts, is very suitable to give your living room, terrace, business or office atmospheric lighting. Filament bulbs are the latest development in the LED field. Filament bridges the gap between the cosy appearance of the old-fashioned light bulb and the very low energy consumption and long lifespan of the LED bulb. The smoked glass creates an original light effect. The bulbs can easily be combined with our festoon cables.
This bulb is dimmable, so you can adjust the light intensity to your desired level. This gives you the flexibility to use the bulbs as mood lighting, but also to create more light. To dim the lamps you can use our IP44 dimmer set with remote control 200W/350W or, for example, our wall dimmer.
The colour temperature of white lamps is expressed in Kelvin. This bulb is 1800K, which is similar to the colour of candlelight (extra warm white). The Kelvin is a spectrum where the lower the number, the warmer the colour temperature of the light is. Bulbs with a colour temperature of 1800K are very suitable for mood lighting, due to the warm colour they emit.

When using festoon cables, you should pay attention to the following:
1) The sealing ring must fit properly around the bulb (see the manual).
2) The fitting of the festoon cable has been mounted correctly (if you use pin cables from other suppliers, you can test this by blowing into the fitting when there is no lamp in it. If you can blow through the fitting, then the pin cable is not suitable for outdoor use).
